The construction quality in this apartment is incredibly poor, and they have cut corners by not enforcing carpet on the top floor, my upstairs neighbor is a awful human being and keeps intentionally banging their feet all day and night, on top of that their dog plays with a ball and the whole day i have to wear earplugs just to stay a little sane. Max and Jordan have been nothing short of amazing throughout my entire experience at Odessa. They are very approachable and always willing to go above and beyond to help. As someone that relocated from Florida to Utah, choosing an apartment sight unseen was a big decision, and I couldn't be happier with my choice.
