I’ve been here at Odessa for about 3 weeks. It’s been a great experience so far. I had some hot and cold water issues with my washer and I submitted a request and it got fixed quick. Max and the manager have been really good to work with. Love it here.
I’m very happy living at Odessa Apartments. The managers are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The staff provides great customer service and responds quickly when I need assistance. The community is clean and well maintained. Overall, I’ve had a very good experience, and I appreciate all the support from the Odessa team. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
The construction quality in this apartment is incredibly poor, and they have cut corners by not enforcing carpet on the top floor, my upstairs neighbor is a awful human being and keeps intentionally banging their feet all day and night, on top of that their dog plays with a ball and the whole day i have to wear earplugs just to stay a little sane.
