This downtown restaurant serves French brasserie style food in an upscale cafeteria setting. The Odeon was the center of all that was cool in New York City during the high-rolling 1980s. Although its glory days are long gone, it remains a stylish bar and restaurant patronized by the now aging, upscale hipsters who live in and around its Tribeca neighborhood. Unfortunately, the staff remains just as pretentious as ever.

This was by far the BEST brunch I have ever had at an eating establishment. As a previous restaurant owner, no one is pickier than me and yet every single thing, from the service to the cleanliness of the place to the food was impeccable! SO delicious! I can't recommend it highly enough. The Odeon is outstanding!

Terrific service and very accommodating as we arrived earlier than our reservation time.
Great restaurant now open for 38 years. Second time I have been here. Tuna tartare followed by flank steak with bernaise sauce and baked cheesecake.
Amazing service, fun decor, just overall a great experience.
