This downtown restaurant serves French brasserie style food in an upscale cafeteria setting. The Odeon was the center of all that was cool in New York City during the high-rolling 1980s. Although its glory days are long gone, it remains a stylish bar and restaurant patronized by the now aging, upscale hipsters who live in and around its Tribeca neighborhood. Unfortunately, the staff remains just as pretentious as ever.

Odeon Restaurant is a cool scene with good food This is a great bistro that I have been going to for years! It is the perfect place to go for late night dining or for a great brunch. All the food is done right and there is a good wine selection. There is always a very cool scene and the service is friendly and helpful.
RecommendedDowntown NY at it’s best. Consistently cool crowd, decor, and delicious food for 40 years!! Never pretentious, always a sophisticated crowd.
