If I could give zero stars, I would. The front desk staff is very rude. I have a PARALYZED dog and they turned me away after being four minutes late for a grooming appointment. The receptionist saw me struggling to get my dog out of the car and met me at the dog to turn me away. Who does that? She did me a favor because I found a much better groomer and vet with excellent customer service and the ability to actually diagnose conditions, unlike Odenton Veterinary Hospital who guesses on basis diagnosis and gets it wrong every... read more

Only had excellent care I have 2 dogs and 2 cats They are affordable and provide knowledgeable and expert veterinary care
They once cut our puppy’s nail so short he started bleeding also they refused to let us talk to a vet when my dog bcame sick for an unknown reason. They are also complusive liars and when the annapolis vet contacted them asking thrm what happened they lied saying we swore at them which was a complete made up lie. Awful
This office is absolute garbage. If you hate your pet, take it here to see Dr. Corcoran so she can kill it. She likes doing that.
This is a Good place. I've brought my pets here and they are patient with them.
