Dentist Forbes is rude and unprofessional. Just trying to make money off of their clients. Told me I needed all of this work done on my mouth and quoted me thousands of dollars, went and got a second opinion and nothing she advised as "necessary treatment" was actually needed!! The front office staff are rude and incompetent. They called to discuss my dental care plan and they were reading me someone else's chart! Complete HIPPA violation. Highly recommend finding somewhere else for your dental needs.

I visited this office for a 6month cleaning and had X-rays taken. I now need these X-rays for my orthodontics and they are refusing to send me my own X-rays. My insurance only covers full mouth X-rays once every 5 years. I’m just very upset with this office and how they are responding to me when I call trying to get my X-rays. I would not recommended this office. Clearly they are unwilling to give any records of visits or X-rays. This is just unacceptable for me.

Run…. Do NOT spend any of your hard earned money with this practice. I went to this practice on September/October 2023 wanting some cosmetic dental work done on two teeth. Instead of the doctor removing my crown, the dental assistant did and cracked my tooth causing nerve damage. The damage was so bad that the tooth needed pulling. The second tooth was exposed so long, it wound up with an infection and it too needed pulling. Dr. Forbes installed an implant that now needs to come out. I received care from Odenton Station Dental a few times last month after my crown fell out of place. Dr. Forbes and her team were accommodating and professional. While there were a few hiccups in the process, they took the time to provide compassionate care and made this anxious patient much more relaxed and comfortable! Thank you!
