Went there through military referral due to military dental being overbooked to get a gap in my front teeth fixed. Ended up with crowns on all my front top teeth with no explanation on the weird-looking temporary(like all the teeth fused together) and when the permanent went in it felt too big and just uncomfortable. I went back more than once trying to get them to fix it before being condescended to about them not being able to do more and giving up. This might be silly, but at my cleaning today was the first time a technician had ever asked me if my teeth felt smooth. She said, “feel your teeth for any area that isn’t smooth. Post-cleaning, your teeth should be the smoothest you’ve ever had.” And when I told her where some spots were, she scraped and polished them again. Then everything was smooth.
