Zachary Campbell is getting some cavities filled
I have gone here for a number of years now and I always have a great experience. I always show up a little early and they normally seat me right away. I've had cavities and they always got fixed sometimes the same day and I've never had any pain left over from a doctor being too rough she's always gentle and makes sure you have a good experience when you come to there office .... I love it and I will continue to use this practice for many years to come.
I love this office it's clean and the staff is very professional and nice and they explain everything to you always make sure your comfortable just all the way around awesome highly recommend
This place gets nobstars from me. I came in because I had some pain. I came in and checked in and sat down. Some kids cane in a little while after. They were the children of the receptionist. How unprofessional. Then I'm waiting and waiting to finally ask the receptionist How long it will be? She proceeds to say it will be a few minutes with an attitude. I was referred to this office by a friend of mine and decided to give it a chance even though I had read the other previous posts which had made me a little nervous. I'm so glad I decided to go because I had the best experience with the new Dr. Green. She was awesome. I had to have two teeth filled and didn't feel a thing. this place was very nice. i saw dr. st martin and she was very gentle. i had a bad experience before and she made me feel very comfortable and i would definitely go back.
I went in because of a broken tooth. It was $110 up front before anything was even done. I went in and they told me that I needed x-rays... Once that was over, the dentist took out his book filled with cartoon pictures and showed me the problem I had and told me why he needed to yank my tooth out. Not one x-ray film was ever shown.. why not? I paid the $110. Worst service ever. To think I could've drove to Virginia for a better dentist. My sons appointment was at 4 pm, we arrived at 3 : 15 to complete the paperwork. The handicap van was scheduled to pick us up at 5 pm allowing time for a 1 hr visit. The waiting room smelled musty and the bathroom was dirty. At 5:30 they xrayed my sons teeth and then spent about 3 minutes cleaning his teeth. They did not examine his mouth for any abnormalities or cavities. They rushed through the cleaning because the van was there to pick us up. NEVER AGAIN...... I have been going to odenton dental group for the past 4 years. I was initially impressed by how warm and inviting the staff was, they answered all of my questions helped me understand my insurance and really showed an interest in me.. the office is very clean I feel the go the extra mile to ensure a safe and sterile visit..aswell the prices are very reasonable and very short wait times..
