We went here today (08/10/26) about 5pm. Extremely clean, friendly service, food awesome. Our waiter, John was really terrific. He was warm and welcoming, He could tell immediately we had no idea what we were doing lol. It was not only our first time at Oden but our first hot pot experience ever. John explained the process in a clear manner and he continued to provide fantastic service from beginning to end. There were other workers there who also assisted and they were all great.
