Great service and exceptional staff except for one employee…AVOID DAN. I would have given five stars if it wasn’t for him. Lourie and Casey (I think that is her name), and the maintenance tech were AMAZING. I live over an hour away and I drove to O’Dell to buy a black 5x8 dump trailer today, as they do have very competitive prices. Lori has taken care of my Dads trailers since before I was born. She has EVERYTHING for ANY trailer in stock. She fixes things once because she does it right the first time. She is usually very busy because of her reputation but if you catch her on a slow day and have a good relationship you might even get same day service. Thanks Lori for fixing both my boat trailers same day. The welded on guide bars look NICE!
