This was a great place to live for the last six years. Was it perfect? No, but tell me where you can get perfect. The location is amazing, easy on and off freeway in a few directions. You're close to downtown and Farmington Station (and other places of course). It is a fairly quiet location, I'm sure it depends which end of the compound you're on. I am extremely frustrated with this property and the ongoing issues that seem to arise every single year. It feels like there’s always something new going wrong, and the lack of consistent communication from management only makes matters worse. • Year 1: We were without electricity for an entire month because the wiring was dug up by a dog in the front yard. Do not lease this place. I moved here from out of state, and it has turned into a nightmare. As soon as I moved in — as you can see in the photos — I discovered standing water in the washing machine, a dishwasher covered in lime buildup, unscrewed toilet lids, and damaged vinyl flooring. I submitted maintenance requests, but they told me I’d have to wait, ignoring the fact that the unit should have been delivered in proper working condition and should be fixed promptly.
