This is the wrost flower shop to deal with. The delivery was crappy and don’t talk about the flowers. My sister ordered it for my birthday which was yesterday and it would have been my Mother’s Day also. I could have gone to the road side and got something better. The roses were already dieing and they were arranged as though a five year old did it. You are very expensive and your standards does not worth the price. I will never recommend them to no one. Yesterday I ordered Flowers for my mom on your website for Mother’s Day. I must admit I was a bit stressed out in general given that I live all the way in Madrid and unfortunately couldn’t go pick them in person. Received a bouquet for Mother’s Day today. The saddest bouquet I’ve ever seen. Roses and peonies are dying and brown. Looks like a dollar tree bouquet. Trust me don’t buy!!

Ordered from the company a few times, every time the flowers were delivered up to the apartment. Today for Mother’s Day delivery they just left it downstairs at the security desk, did not call my cell to speak to me, and refused to come back and bring it up to my elderly parent. Moreover, customer service was not helpful and lied to me twice about “building policy” and some other excuses. I was not offered a refund either. Needless to say this was the last time I order from this company.
