Ordered from Ukraine. All was good
Spent nearly $150 to have flowers delivered to someone who was ill. They delivered the flowers, in a closed box, to the mail room in the apartment and despite not giving to an actual person never called the provided phone number. As it happens my ill friend had been taken to the hospital that day. Had they called the number, she would have had some nice flowers, as her daughter would have picked them up from there. Instead, a few days later, she gets a box with dead flowers and a vase.
