I wanted to order some really special roses for my mom for Mother’s Day and very sadly the SUPER EXPENSIVE roses that cost me around $150 showed up in TERRIBLE condition from Chicago! Each rose was covered in really bad spots! I’ve literally been buying my mom beautiful flowers for Mother’s Day for a very long time and this is literally the WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! I ordered beautiful peonies for my… I ordered beautiful peonies for my mom's 85th birthday. I placed an order a week before, making sure, that everything will be fine. This company has great reviews. Just a few hours before delivery and my mom's birthday, which I could not attend being far away from her, I got a call from Odealarose and rep. with unrecognizable language told me that they don't have peonies and they can change them to another flowers. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! They are CHEATING their customers. If there was an option to rate it lower, I would. The order was not even close to what it looked on the website and was literally filled with leaves! Absolutely gorgeous flowers, amazing packaging, impeccable service. Product is so good that it would impress royalty if there was such a thing in NY. I have ordered from Ode a la Rose many times and each and every time I have impressed the recipients of the flowers (even my demanding mother in law!). If I could give this place six stars, I would.

Truly a five-star business. I'm so glad I picked them. I was having flowers sent to my best friend for her birthday and they were a huge hit. Excellent price, beautiful box, delivered the same day! And most important: the roses were gorgeous. My friend was very happy. I was very happy! I know where to buy great gifts now!
