ODDS N SODS is terrible. Our grass and shrubbery have all died. We can't reach anyone. It's a travesty. Total travesty. If we had the energy to write 5 paragraphs and caps lock all the most important words rest assured we would do so. Travesty.
Excellent customer service. Easy to book in, communicated effectively over text or phone, arrived on time, warrantied work as per their word on original delivery.
Not even worthy of 1 star - I had a horrible experience with this business (money grabbing scamming business). They sent an estimate of $168 for simple lawn mowing and grass cutting. I had contacted them multiple times and asked when they would be coming in so we could clear any debris for them. The guy Matt mentioned in his emails that he would not be telling us when he would come. So I called their office and they confirmed they would be coming on Wednesday and they did not follow through. Matt and his team recommended replacing the entire backyard that had been suffering for years. The lawn had grubs in certain areas, growth invading the lawn from garden and poor quality soil and lawn bed. The team came and ripped up everything from the backyard and took it away. Next day fresh sod was laid and care instructions are being followed. I am very happy with the results and will keep up the maintenance. Would certainly recommend Odds N Sods.
