We reached out to this company because our front yard was in rough shape—honestly, it was probably only about 10% grass and mostly weeds. Had a very frustrating experience with the company. I took a quote for weed treatment and finally got it after email follow-ups. Have been trying to get in touch with them to talk to someone to clarify some questions, left voicemails, emails and text messages but got no response. I won’t be able to do business with a company where i can’t get hold of anyone to discuss anything.
Twice in the last week their equipment broke down-spreader(never returned), edger kept falling apart (waited two weeks for them to show up). Good at grass cutting but that’s all.
Great guy! I had a flat tire on the side of the highway and he pulled over to help out. Extremely grateful for people like him in this world
