What started out as a positive experience ended badly. All communication ended three weeks ago when Cliff canceled the installation of my french door. The purchase of the door took place in August and the project to install my door has been ongoing since early September. I have had to hire a contractor to install my door.
DID NOT SHOW UP- EVEN AFTER HE SAID "BE THERE IN 15 MINS"- HE LITERALLY TOLD ME 3 TIMES HE WOULD BE AT MY HOUSE AND HE NEVER SHOWED UP.

I definitely recommend Odds & Ends! They helped us replace a window and frame work in a 17th century house. Went above and beyond as there were many issues that came up as one can imagine in such an old structure. � Professional and courteous!
