Moved into an apartment owned by Oddo Development, everything from the grass outside to all the amenities around my building, has impressed me, and has made a wonderful place for my family to live.
We have worked with Oddo as a subcontractor for many years. Everyone is great to work with and they pay quickly.

I lived at one of Oddo Development's luxury apartments for several years and had a great experience. The home I moved into was clean, comfortable and offered large closets. It was difficult to move out when I found a house I wanted to purchase! I miss the community, the office and maintenance teams as well as the regular social events at the clubhouse.
Oddo Development truly goes above and beyond to ensure their properties are well taken care of. The apartment grounds are always clean, the maintenance teams are prompt and professional, and there’s a real attention to detail in creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for residents.
