Purchased a new home from Oddo Development in the new East Village community. Overall, a very good experience and smooth process. Rick and his team provided timely communication, good follow-through, and responsiveness as things progressed. Also, solid post move-in support. I hope they can keep this up as this community develops. Recommended.
My clients purchased a twin villa in East Village Leawood. We had a great experience with learning about the product and Rick accommodating several changes, including an elevator. My coop agent, Roberta was wonderful. Rick Oddo’s entire team were very helpful and friendly. I hope my clients love living in the East Village community.
In the last two months, since I moved into one of their properties, I have left two messages with the receptionist to have the regional property manager call me to discuss issues I am having with my apartment that the property manager is not properly addressing or resolving for me. I have also sent a written request through Oddo's website to please have the regional manager call me. I have received no response to date.
I have lived at Jefferson Pointe for almost two years and I have loved every minute of it. I have a one bedroom with a garage and the view from my balcony is great! Office staff is friendly and maintenance is always quick to respond to any problems. Best place I have ever lived!
