Sometimes it's hard to run a business and things get forgotten but if you just talk to your clients then maybe things could work themselves out. If you needed half the payment before the scheduled time then I could have given it to you. But for you to just cancel without warning or without conversation is insulting and bad business. After you forgot the scheduled date maybe you were embarrassed. Either way, I did nothing wrong. Hope you don't treat everyone like that.
