I want to start by saying that this is my neighbourhood clinic and I really want improvements to happen here. I came in for a bone density test. The ladies at reception looked like they were forced to be there—no smiles, no acknowledgement, just very short and unhappy looking. The gentleman doing the test did not look me in the eye, smile, or even speak. He grunted. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The technician who performed my ultrasound was extremely unprofessional, impolite, and dismissive. She was drinking tea and even burping during the procedure, which felt very unhygienic. She also refused to listen when I tried to explain where I was experiencing pain, which is essential for an accurate ultrasound. So I went here for the first time for my 8 week ultra sound. I saw some of the worst reviews for someone they had booked me for so I called to reschedule with a different technician. They were able to make time for me and got me in with S. ALI. She was so patient and so kind. It's my first time doing an ultra sound in Canada and with all the horror stories of the Candian health care I prepared myself for the absolute worst.
