So I went here for the first time for my 8 week ultra sound. I saw some of the worst reviews for someone they had booked me for so I called to reschedule with a different technician. They were able to make time for me and got me in with S. ALI. She was so patient and so kind. It's my first time doing an ultra sound in Canada and with all the horror stories of the Candian health care I prepared myself for the absolute worst. This review is for DR SHAMSHAD ALI. I Had a great experience with my ultrasound. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly kind and patient throughout the entire process. She explained each step clearly, answered all my questions Explained everything clearly and handled the scan with care. It was clear she was highly skilled and passionate about her work. Highly recommend!
We had a great experience here, our tech was wonderful and very friendly and thorough, we are so grateful for a positive visit. Receptionists worked with us even though there was some confusion as to which stage in pregnancy this ultrasound scan was for. Thank you for everything.
