I never review business because I generally don’t care about reviews, however, this company is EXTREMELY annoying. We had a major hail storm here in Eau Claire more than 3 months ago and this company will NOT stop coming to our house. I have been polite to them, I have been rude to them (due to the salesman standing on my porch while I pulled into my driveway with my daughter and lifted his arms in the air in mock exasperation) and I have ignored them when they come knocking. I had O’Danny Boy Builders re-roof my property after an insurance claim, and their project manager, Spencer, was outstanding. He handled everything for me, explained the process clearly, and made sure the job was done right. Extremely professional and helpful—I highly recommend them!
Had roof replaced due to hail damage. Very professional service and never felt rushed even though upgrades were requested. Communication was excellent, and the company rep handled our insurance claim from start to finish to receive full insurance approval except for the upgrades. Definitely would recommend contacting and working with this company. Even after the work was done, a couple issues arose and the company rep had the crew come back out to fix those promptly.
The first experience with this company was very positive. The second experience, really disappointed. Our project manager has blown us off since May, which is when a tree fell on our roof and caused a fair amount of damage. With all the rain, we had water travel to our basement because so much time had gone by the patch did not hold up. Roof repair done end of August, finally. We are still waiting for the gutter. Follow-up: Next day after this post....gutters installed by the weekend..... Coincidence???
We had savage do the roof on caliber collision crest hill and Dan and his staff did a great job and the roof repair they did was a perfect match can't even tell the difference and they clean up after not one nail on the ground. Highly recommend
