The process of the estimate, choosing the product, financing, and getting the job done was quick and easy. I love my new roof and also recommend the black gutters if you are on the fence. 10/10 they look amazing. Thanks to the whole team!
Jacob Dean very unprofessional. Won't return calls after contacting them 5 times. He ended up getting insurance company to drop me. Would never recommend them to anyone tarp they put on roof didn't last more than couple days.
I never review business because I generally don’t care about reviews, however, this company is EXTREMELY annoying. We had a major hail storm here in Eau Claire more than 3 months ago and this company will NOT stop coming to our house. I have been polite to them, I have been rude to them (due to the salesman standing on my porch while I pulled into my driveway with my daughter and lifted his arms in the air in mock exasperation) and I have ignored them when they come knocking.
