Literally have water coming through my cathedral ceiling. Called to see if someone could come out for an emergency visit. Was asked if they installed my roof (previous owners installed roof). I said I did not believe so and was told they need to help their existing customers and would not be able to help.
Two years ago, I had a new roof installed by O’Danny Boy Builders, Inc. I worked directly with Sean P. Flanagan, who was the senior project manager on the job. The contract included a GAF Silver Pledge Warranty, and I was repeatedly assured that this roof would be a significant upgrade over my previous 16-year-old roof that had no leaking issues.
