1 star because I couldn't give negative 10. Kid came to our house doing a hail inspection and said he could get us a free roof. Well he couldn't and when our insurance inspector came out and said there was little to no hail damage and that we needed a new roof asap that we had to pay for. I contacted the sales guy that came to the door to quote us on a new roof..he never called back or messaged me. Just another storm chaser company looking for that insurance money. Don't go with these guys!!!!
Bottom line, you guys did not respect our no soliciting sign. It is clear as day yet it gets ignored all the time by storm chasing contractors. You need to start leaving people alone that make it known they don’t want people knocking on their door. We had hail over a week ago! You guys are so late to the party! And for anyone that is getting a door knocker that experienced storm damage… CALL YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY. Don’t be manipulated or taken advantage of by storm chasing contractors.
We went through our insurance to replace our home's roof after a couple of hail storms damaged areas of the roof. Danny Boy contracted some workers and they came to replace the roof relatively quickly (< 2 weeks). Install quality was ok - they took our gutters with the gutter guards and didn't tell us. I had to replace the gutter guards and they only refunded us a small amount. Connor did an outstanding job from start to finish during the entire roofing process. He made the insurance claim simple and easy to understand, walking me through each step and making sure I was informed the whole way. His communication was excellent—he always kept me updated, answered my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the process. The end result was a smooth experience and a quality roof replacement. I’m super glad I decided to open the door to Connor when he came by.
