Connor did an outstanding job from start to finish during the entire roofing process. He made the insurance claim simple and easy to understand, walking me through each step and making sure I was informed the whole way. His communication was excellent—he always kept me updated, answered my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the process. The end result was a smooth experience and a quality roof replacement. I’m super glad I decided to open the door to Connor when he came by.
Connor and Dylan (I think) came to my house in early July asking if they could inspect my roof for potential hail damage from May of this year. They said they were looking at roofs in the area and found several had damage. I allowed them to inspect it, they took pictures, showed them to me and said it was bad and the roof should be replaced. I recently worked with Aidan M. on my roof replacement and I could not be happier. He made the process very easy and smooth, answered all of my texts in a timely manner and was very knowledgeable.
