We had to make a little repair on the splash shield of the car the mechanic was very kind and did it for no cost. Good customer service is crucial for a place to get 5 stars in my opinion.
If you are taking your vehicle to any auto shop other than Odanis Auto, you are wrong! I’ve brought multiple vehicles with a range of issues, and I’m continuously impressed with the quality and consistency of the service. The pricing has always been reasonable, the staff is extremely knowledgeable, they consistently complete the work in a timely manner, and everybody is so very kind and helpful. I highly recommend Odanis Auto Tech!!!!
Me and my brother brought my 2011 Subaru Outback to odanis auto tech due to experiencing severe vibrations, and lack of power. We were given a diagnostic as soon as we arrived and using his experience and knowledge he understood that a component was disconnected which was causing a misfire. He connected it back and the car started working fine again. Didn’t ask for any payment. Thank you very much.
