I want to take a moment to recognize and appreciate the team at Fort Wayne Mazda and Mazda Corporate for stepping up and doing the right thing. A few days ago, my 2022 Mazda CX-30 had a rear wheel hub assembly fail just after hitting 60,000 miles. I’ve taken my car here twice. First time in November I had to bring it back because service left debris in my fan and my car was making a noise when running the heat. They got me back in and cleaned it out. I don’t like how they don’t go over what they did and have you look things over. That’s odd to me. I just had my car here and spent almost 3 grand on fixes. I was extremely satisfied with the service I’ve received here! Oil change, front brakes changed, cabin filter changed, gasket valve replacement, and a recall was fixed. Never felt pushed into anything nor deceived. Very professional! Will be returning to continue yearly service on my car!
I was traveling and had an issue with my engine oil. They were able to squeeze me in and were very accommodating and helpful. Only added a small amount of oil and did not find any issues so they did not charge me. Thanks for the excellent service!
