The service, communication and crew at Capitol Tire is absolutely fantastic - 100% of the time. Not only are they calm, courteous and friendly, but they take the time to listen and explain to you with what's wrong with your vehicle. They never try to oversell or push you to make a decision, but instead educate you on the status and what your vehicle needs now, in the near future and after. It's great having a team like this that's trustworthy and has a consistent reputation for doing so. Thank you so much!

These folks are true professionals, and I always feel that I'm in good hands when they care for my car. Came flying in late on Friday afternoon with a horrible scraping noise coming from the front end (enough that people along the street were looking at me!) Although the noise had stopped shortly before I got there, they took time to check the car; turns out it had been a rock lodged between brake rotor and caliper, but didn't cause any significant damage. So grateful for this level of customer service and flexibility!

Great, honest service at a fair price. Cap Tire staff is very knowledgeable, I've seen all makes and models there while dropping off and picking up our vehicles over the years. I have and always will recommend Capitol Tire to friends, family and anyone else looking for vehicle service. Their shop dog Sophie will be your best friend, especially if you're sharing your popcorn!
