This was one of the most unprofessional salon experiences I have ever had. The day before my appointment, I called specifically to ask for pricing on a blowout with my extensions installed. I was asked how long my extensions were and was quoted $75–$85. I was never told “and up,” nor was I informed that prices are not given over the phone. There is absolutely no need to charge for a full service when only styling was done. I was offered no treatment, no hair washing or trimming yet I paid for a full service. The charge is ridiculous compared to what was done. In addition, my hair is shoulder length. Despite how good my hair looked I was not happy since I had done 80% of the work at home before stepping to the salon.
