Very bad experience. I explained clearly that I already had a diagnostic and knew the problem, yet they still went ahead and did another test without asking for my approval. This shows a lack of honesty and respect for customers. Communication was poor and the whole situation felt very unprofessional. I would not trust this place again.
I purchased a car from this business and it immediately gave me lots of issues (mechanical, issues with getting a title, etc.). I was told by Mr. Nemera (owner?) that I could reach out to him if I had any problems with the car after purchasing. He gave me several brief and unhelpful responses before ghosting me. He also was unable (unwilling) to get me some crucial information I needed to register the car, making the whole process much more difficult and incredibly frustrating.
