Really disappointed today - ive been coming here for years and have referred many clients, family and friends and purchased numerous of gift cards. I purchased a gift card got my sister for Mothers Day on May 11 and she could not find it but i had proof of purchase and they have me such a run around AND they could easily verify it by checking their book- which they record each gift card purchase (as I've seem them do so many times). Really saddened by their lack of customer service.
Walked in to inquire about a massage, they were very rude.
Great staff and atmosphere
Always worth the trip if they have room to book you in Treat yourself like a king and get the massage you deserve
