Dr Bashir was very insightful and gave very clear notes of what to expect from my procedure. Before the procedure doing anything overhead gave me bad shoulder pain and it was getting very difficult for me to go to the gym and be active. Now I have no pain in my shoulder and am back to doing everything i was doing before my injury less than a year later.

I have had chronic lower back pain and multiple shoulder surgeries over the last 20 years. Not wanting a shoulder replacement or back surgery at this time, I turned to Dr. Bashir for help. I suffered a complete ACL tear in my left knee while skiing last year. I went to see Dr. Bashir after two previous unsuccessful shoulder surgeries. After years of not being able to perform basic daily activities, I was skeptical that I would ever be able to use my shoulder without experiencing pain. It’s been a month since the stem cell procedure. I have been able to move my shoulder in ways that I haven’t been able to in a long time, without experiencing the shooting pain that’s been hindering me for years. I highly recommend Dr. Bashir and his team!
