We had a great rental experience from OC Vacation Rentals last month. Phil was exceptional in helping us all through the entire process making sure we got the dates we needed and the check-in, check-out was very easy. We had an issue with a few keys and garage door not working and the office sent out new ones immediately. The property was well maintained, and we are going to rent the same one next year! I loved staying at this new house. The location is very convenient. All the appliances are new. The house feels spacious and airy.
We had a great time. The view was amazing and the condo was very nice. We would definitely rent this place again.
Condo was not clean up on arrival. A lot of things need repair such as the bathroom ceiling, clean the showers and tub, and clean tub drain.
