I have utilized Ocvacations / Resort Rentals for several years to rent our condo. I would highly recommend them. They kept me updated on everything & had renters coming back year over year. Also they respond timely & are true professionals. Dave
Our stay was clean and everything as stated, good location for what we needed.
We had a great stay in OC using OC Vacations.
I rented a "bring your own linens" unit and was told the wrong size beds to bring linens for (that was an awesome way to start our trip). Emailed OC vacations about it, no response...A number of issues arose within the first 24 hours of our 5 day stay, emailed OC vacations about it on a weekday and they did respond saying no one was available the following weekday but someone would be out the day after that...no one ever came out.
