Sea Watch 401 was filthy. We stayed at the beginning of the summer season & it was disgustingly dirty.
Beautiful Decor. Clean. Great Location. Easy check-in & out. Perfect for my family. Pool is very small but atleast there is a pool.

We had a great rental experience from OC Vacation Rentals last month. Phil was exceptional in helping us all through the entire process making sure we got the dates we needed and the check-in, check-out was very easy. We had an issue with a few keys and garage door not working and the office sent out new ones immediately. The property was well maintained, and we are going to rent the same one next year!
