I will tell you the negatives which are totally fixable. Shower head in small bathroom to the right. Next to the room with the twin bed. Desperately needs a new SHOWER HEAD!! Needs a new toilet seat. Refrigerator ice maker is broken. There is an ice maker on the counter that we could not figure out. One of the other couples staying with us said the toilet paper holder in their bathroom was broken. That may have been the first BR to the left when you walk in. Otherwise, everything was ok. great condo great location, syayed there a few times, would like same week next year! great service from realtor.
we have been staying with oc vacations/resort rentals for the past 5 years and have enjoyed both the staff we have dealt with and also the condo we rented The units are always clean and well stocked with cooking, dining utensils needed for the stay
South Beach condo #605 was filthy. For the $ we paid.....won't stay there again or use Ocvactions.
Very helpful with situations and making sure our trip was perfect! We have been booking with them for the past few years!
