Left me 3 months without my vehicle.Very irresponsible and unproffesional by OCV.Started the job before getting authorization with the insurance company then they kept giving me the runaround until i took it upon myself to get a hold of the insurance company.The insurance company had to intervene because they didn't even have the authorization in the first place to even proceed with the repairs.After 3 months with no vehicle and i had to return the rental after 15 days.OCV assured me it would be done way before that time fra... read more

Had a long dent n gash on the middle of the hood. Went to 3 places and Ocv was the most reasonable. They did a great job on the dent and paint, and went beyond that by fixing the dinks on the front most of hood. Thank you, Ocv, for a job well done!

Even though I scheduled to bring my car there far ahead in the future it sat there not being worked on for weeks. All the while I was being told it was in various states of repair.(Lie) Once they actually started working on my car it took months to complete and multiple visits. Final quality was poor, paint drips everywhere and poor trim instillation. Don’t make the mistake I did.
