The place has changed a lot. When you would call for an appointment the staff was willing to help out even if it was not their dept. Try to make a online appt nobody gets back to you,, called a few times and left messages and they will get back to you in about a week or more if you haven't already called back a few times. Finally got an appointment for my daughter to get contact lenses, we went and ordered them a few weeks ago and no one calls to tell you they are in. The office has gotten to big for it's bridges.
