Just got a field exam here. Not sure how I feel about. My appointment was for 2:20 and arrived for 2:30. The reception told me to have a seat but wasn't very friendly, felt cold. The one who did my field exam (Arisa) was got at the start when doing the VR testing but she was vague on which button I was to push then when I doing it incorrectly she informed that wasn't the button I told you to push, kinda rude to be honest. Dr Michel Butler is fantastic , amazing, I had a serious problem of macular degeneration I had a serious risk to be blind, and now I’m cured. He is very reliable; my whole family consults with him whenever they have a problem, and everyone is impressed with his work. I recommend him 1000%.
This review is about the operation of the clinic only, not about the doctors. Basically, the clinic is poorly run. In the last 2 weeks, I have made multiple contact attempts for two situations. Each time required unreasonable amount of effort to get them to respond. In the first case, an emergency room doctor referred my case to Oculus Eye (OE) for an urgent follow up.
