Dr Pharo and his staff were committed to the procedure being completed to the satisfaction of all concerned
Doctor did great job consulting and discussing procedure. Process was as described. Office staff is friendly and prompt. Appointments were always on time!!
I was so blessed to be sent to Dr. Austin Pharo. He is the most compassionate, caring,and knowledgeable Doctor. He is a Doctor who.truly takes the time to do all he can to resolve and treat your situation in such a caring way. He did a biopsy and called himself after hours to tell me results. Which resulted not having to wait 2 weeks for follow up appointment to find out. From start to finish, Dr Chen and his staff were awesome. They were respectful and listened to my concerns and am so happy with the results, I wish I would have done this sooner. Kudos to the surgery center too!
