After fighting with aging pool equipment for over a year that we inherited with our house, Chris saved my sanity. Month after month of spending on chemicals, brushing, cleaning, vacuuming and we still lived with an embarrassing swamp in our backyard. Chris and Nicole are fantastic! Not only are they reliable and highly competent, but they are lovely folks as well. We have been very happy with their service - my pool went from black lagoon to crystal clear in less than a week. Highly recommend!
I can't say enough great things about the amazing team of Chris and Nicole at Octopools! They have been caring for my pool for 3 years and I could not be more satisfied. My pool is always pristine with their weekly maintenance and they always ensure the equipment is running well. The pool equipment is located on top of the garage and not once have they complained about traveling up a ladder. We were losing water today and Chris spent an hour of day in 95 degree heat fixing the problem. Highest recommendations!!
The absolute best! They are smart, good with equipment at hand to work with what you got. They are also flexible and very kind people. Couldn't recommend them enough.
