Super scammy. They quote one price, then day of the scheduled cleaning they more than triple the price. Then charge a cancellation fee. Don’t recommend.

From the moment I opened my door I was impressed! The wonderful clean and fresh aroma greeted me and followed me throughout the house. All the paper products were sealed with an imprint making it feel more like a spa than a bathroom. And I could tell they didn’t just dust and vacuum around items, they moved them to truly get the full cleaning. What a special treat to come home to!
I have now had Octomaids for about 13-14 months. They come monthly. They have rearrange cleaners schedules to meet my needs and fluctuating schedule. I am so pleased with Silvana always shows up as scheduled and does a wonderful job. I am not limber and aging slowly so there are certain activities that I am unable to do. Silvana always cleans until things are spotless.
