Price gouging bait and switch $400 cleaning, price changed to $995 the day of with no explanation of why the cost was more than double. I was referred to Octomaids by a close friend who knows the owner and unfortunately I had a terrible experience. I scheduled a cleaning appointment for a 1500-2000 sq ft home. My mom found out she needed a heart surgery with less than a week notice and I wanted to make sure the house was safe and clean when she comes home but work full time. I had the Octomaids do a deep clean on our house before we gave birth to my daughter a couple of months ago. They were incredibly thorough, professional, and reasonably priced. We loved having the fresh start to our house and will definitely hire them again in the future.
