The Octo team did the impossible - completed a home renovation within our tight timeframe of 8wks. Successfully remodeling the kitchen, 2baths,3 closets, a roof, and the list of inspection requirements, the team delivered high quality work and was great to work with. Melodie was my project manager for a renovation project and she was extremely organized, handling all schedules, walked me through materials that I need to order and updated me every step of the way. She dealt with all the headaches with SDGE to upgrade electric panel and just took care of everything! She’s very responsive and responsible, even leaving a second contact when she was on vacation to make sure i have someone to reach out to. I’d definitely work with her / Octo again!
Melodie and the entire Octo Property team are absolutely one of the best!! They are thorough, efficient and very hard working. I know when they commit to a project it will be done with the highest quality. Melodie and Kayvon both constantly communicate with the client to provide full transparency, which eases much stress. I would highly recommend them for any home project, small or large!
We were on a very tight schedule to move into our new home. Melody and her crew worked to make it happen time even when setbacks occurred. I am very pleased with October Property Services and would recommend them to others
