In September 2025 I experienced a medically documented loss-of-consciousness and severe injury linked to my plasma donation at an Octapharma facility. Amanda is the best! Great costumer service and efficient at her work
I donate in SLC Utah, The disrespect recently from the Octapharma Association is lead me to reaching out this way cause "Customer Service" and/or "Complaints Dept." Doesn't exist, the representative at the Pharma location was like a bot reading a que card. If ANYONE ACTUALLY cares about the people in this you will reach out to me, It's said cause Octapharma was the best in my mind, now they're failing like the rest... I've had a lot of issues and voices go unheard.
Today I was visiting my local Octapharma off Broadway when Gisel a floor supervisor decided to escalate a situation because I was wearing a head bonnets due to having a really bad hair day. I don't think it's far to ask a woman to remove her hair covering if it's due to religious purposes are not. If a lady feel the need to cover there hair as a for of self respect the center should respect her decision. Being ask to remove your covering on the donor floor is extremely disrespectful..
