Great experience, however not thrilled with the drop in payments to the donors. It used to $100 per donation, but you later discover that is an incentive to donate only available the first few donations. Then it dropped to $75. Now it has dropped to as low as $60 which is disappointing to people who end up spending at least an hour and a half of their time to donate. MATT AND NICHOLE ARE THE BEST!!! I don’t know where to begin but I have such amazing things to say about both of them! Matt is always enthusiastic, happy, and is very intelligent and is such an incredible teacher! Great Staff and good experience for patient but staff seems overwhelmed, overworked, and underpaid. Days of operation and hours of operation are being reduced lately. Some days not open until mid day as staffing doesn't meet corporate minimums.
