I love these guys at Octane Marine. The owner Charlie is a great guy and knows boats like the back of his hand. Charlie is a man of his word and he backs everything done at his shop. Stay Away from Octane Marine – Major Gear Failure Due to Improper Installation I had my entire Bravo outdrive lower and upper gears replaced by Octane Marine in May 2024. After less than 20 hours of use, my upper gears are completely destroyed. That level of catastrophic wear should not occur with new components unless there was a serious issue during installation.
