They don't care about mold issues or anything broken and also people falling through their apartment floors. Yet they have the nerve to expect rent. This building is falling down. Cannot believe building code enforcement hasn't condemned the Octagon House Apartment building. Because it sure needs it. Sure am relieved that my daughter got out of that nasty apartment. Didn't wanna even wanna give it 1 star but it wouldn't allow 0 stars.
Terrible management doesn’t get things fixed for months and gets into your financial business
I wanted to give this place no stars! They do not care about the tenants at all. The air conditioning when out during 103 degree heatwave and they refused to have it fixed. Furthermore, they would not allow a SPECIAL NEEDS tenant to have a window unit installed. How is this even legal?
