This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced. They have you drop off your RV without giving you any kind of documentation and have you sign papers saying it's just for the customer information they need but fail to tell you there is a charge for a quote. They feel it's not their responsibility to let you know that if your insurance doesn't cover it you will be liable to pay for it. Needles to say there prices are overated and to get a quote from them it took them two months to get back to me after multiple call... read more
dropped off my RV for body repair, got it back 9-weeks later!, they promised three weeks. No communication or weekly update on repair progress were provided, I had to call weekly and follow up constantly. They don't hold to dates and provide one excuse after another. Stay away from these liar's. Take your RV somewhere else. Buyer be where.
