The staff member who schedule physical therapy in this location is the rudest least professional that I have ever experienced at a medical facility. Equally disappointing is the office manager of the location who didn't have the courtesy to return a call after leaving her a voice mail to address that concern. Ended up having to go to another location in a farther city from where I live to avoid interacting with truly unpleasant experience. Staff and their manager need better training on patient care and service!

I have been seeing Dr. Gary Richman for many years. I have NEVER had a doctor who is more adept at what he does. His knowledge and expertise knows no bounds and I trust no one else to do the spinal and neck injections which are essential in order for me to live, work an function as a normal person. I showed up for knee surgery today. I was asked to sign a form asking if I had completed Advanced Directive for my Health Care. I have. They went on to say that they would IGNORE my wishes as the patient and take all extraordinary measures including CPR and a trip to the hospital rather than abide by my DNR. I'm getting electrodes and needle stuck in me - and they are telling me their CEO and Medical Director (and lawyer, I'm sure) said they would not do surgery if I insist they honor my Advanced Directives.
