Dr William Toole and his assistant were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend
I’ll start by saying that Dr Berkowitz did a good job and my daughter is completely healed from her injury. My problem is with the front desk staff and the billing department. They bill your insurance for whatever code is they are billing for but they don’t even know what does include that charge. They charge my insurance for an elbow fracture for thousands plus the materials for the cast (no surgery). Disgusting how I’m feeling and stuff because I have a hard time explaining things. he got highly upset that I had a seizure. like three times in front of him while I was trying to explain and I he yelled at my mom saying that I can’t take care of her. tough to reach by phone trying to get an initial appointment. So tired of long messages and no live agents . Old school is and was so much better
I have had 3 hand surgeries by Dr Banegas and have been happy w all ( 2 carpal tunnel and trigger finger) Need to make new appointment for a trigger finger problem He is both very professional and easy to talk to Always takes his time w patients. The best! By end if 2025 I have had 6 surgeries on my hands by Dr Banegas. All excellent outcomes. I would see no one else but him for issues from elbows to hands
