Ocatillo has quickly become one of our new favorite places! The food was excellent, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the views were absolutely beautiful. There’s just something special about enjoying a great meal with such an incredible backdrop. We really enjoyed our experience and can’t wait to go back. Definitely a place we would recommend to anyone looking for great food, beautiful views, and a memorable dining experience!
Very nice place to have dinner. Great atmosphere beautiful views. The service was wonderful and the food was great. The price was right too. Highly recommend you try this place.
We arrived at about 11:30 on a Sunday morning. The restaurant was somewhat busy but there were still many empty tables. We waited at the hostess stand for 10 minutes before being acknowledged and seated. Once seated the hostess brought us water and said she would send a server over. After sitting for 15 minutes with no one else stopping by to to speak to us at all despite many servers walking past our table multiple times we left. Very disappointing as we were excited to try a place in town we had not been to before.
The Ocotillo Restaurant is the kind of place that restores your faith in civilization after a long day of chasing golf balls through the Colorado desert. I staggered onto the patio looking like I’d just survived a minor geological event, and the staff treated me like I was the governor instead of a sunburned lunatic with a scorecard full of bad decisions.
