This was my first visit with Dr. Rashid and I was most favorably impressed. During her exam she was professional, efficient, most knowledgeable, kind and caring. I look forward to my future visits because I feel I am in the right place and being given good health care! 5 stars! If I could give her zero stars, I would. I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I had a scheduled appointment and still ended up waiting over 45 minutes to be seen. In that time, three other people were taken in before me, despite arriving after I did. It was frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of my time. If this is how they handle scheduling, I won't be returning.
Staff is quick and efficient. The doctor did not give my husband any vaccines that he didn’t need or overcharge it as one place was trying to charge over $1000. All questions were answered, and there was no confusion. I appreciate the nurse who did the actual shots, she was very kind and emphatic.
