Update: after you post a review it seems billing riffles through your account to see what they can bill you for. I just received a very unprofessional call as she did not one state who she was calling for and two who she was calling from (Debbie) just went straight into talking about how she’s billing me for telemedicine calls (3 as 2 of them was because they did not have all my information to have scheduled my appt in the first place so had to wait an additional week and have another call which was there fault but again they’re all about $$$ so of course I’ll be billed for them to tell me all your results aren’t in so we’ll schedule you for next week) literally such a joke of an office. So unprofessional and nickle and dime you.
Would not recommend this office pre or post pandemic. They do not review your chart, they do not do thorough work ups, they half fast all appts. Test positive for strep throat and they won’t call you in an antibiotic because they want to test you for mono though you have none of those symptoms. Want you to wait 6 days for a telemedicine visit when you have a sinus infection and refuse to see you in office if you have any sick symptoms. Don’t return any of your calls. Wait days for a prescription to be called in and then call you in the wrong inhaler (asthmatic) the list goes on and on. Left several messages for the office manager whom has never returned any of them over the years of punishing myself being seen in this inadequate office. Definitely get more of the feeling of they see you as $$$& and not a human. They are there to collect checks not help patients. Definitely not an office I’d recommend both staff and physicians
