Scheduled an appointment a couple of weeks ago. I arrived on time to be told the provider would not be at the location of the appointment. I could travel or reschedule. I will not be back!
Incompetent front desk staff. I called to check they took my insurance which they confirmed,, even asked if they wanted my insurance information to run it through and check, but they said no. When I get there I found out that they don't. Bad part is that they made me fill out all the forms and wait 45 min before telling me.
Actually my husband, Russ, saw Dr. Ghandarri today. We were impressed. We learned a great deal about the problems he is having. She opened our eyes to several treatments available to alleviate his pain. She is quick and decisive and a lot of fun. She would be excellent for any foot problem you might have.
