I would give more stars if I could. I visited the property with a friend and was so surprised. We were given a warm friendly welcome when walking in. Toni was helpful, respectful and informational. She didn’t make me feel as if I was bothering her or beneath her…which is how I am usually treated when visiting a property. The property was well maintained and absolutely beautiful. I was introduced to Cassandra as well and she was equally friendly and respectful. I am looking forward to working with them in the future.
Absolutely the worst place to live!! New to Az when we moved there, never told about all the extra fees, taxes on each little item & having to pay hoa/complex maintenance fees.. This place is over 20yrs old, no need for tenants to pay those fees. Had a ladder & no outside lights for a whole weekend, exposed wires by my bedroom as well. Water damage from above water heater leak, never fixed the inside, said would do it when we moved out... Bugs Bugs, gross! Said they spray every Tues & We'd have to pay extra, hell no.
