I had an horrible experience during my visit yesterday at sturgeon bay Location. The receptionist was rude, racist and unprofessional. No one deserves to be treated this way. Other staff were just fine. She needs additional training or be let go. I’ll be seeking professional services elsewhere in future and will communicate this incident to my family physician and my insurance company. You cannot do this In this day and age. Thank you Kouros Mohit.
RecommendedHad a fantastic experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Dr Meyer performed my LASIK surgery and made it as easy and comfortable as possible. 2 days out since the surgery, my vision is at 20/20 with no issues.
