Super fast and friendly! I called with an issue and they came right away. 3 guys were here to fix the problem and give me temporary power in the down time! From the first two ladies that I talked to on the phone and then the guys that showed up y’all are top notch!
Our power has been out since Friday. Our transformer popped and we have told them about it. Call like every day for the last couple days and no one has come out to fix it yet. We seem to be a low priority in their minds. It is Tuesday night still no power.
My family and I have had property at White Potato Lake for 53 years and the OEC has been our power source. Never had a bad thing to say about them and they were always helpful thru out the years. This weekend I saw first hand their crews working to restore the power around the area. These crews did an incredible job in a very difficult situation. We all should be saying Thank You for you’re efforts.

Live on a main highway power has been out two days.. no one in sight working but spending time at the local gas station eatery.... very frustrating when their are no updates on outages, and my basement is flooding because my sump pump doesn't work off Hope's and dreams it works off electricity.
We have Oconto Electric for power. We have been in our home for three years and work really hard to unplug things, turn off lights, everything high efficiency, and have a load meter. Our bills are still ridiculously high ($200-$240) per month. We used more electricity when we lived in a WPS area and our bill was never over $100. Very frustrated that every month our bill is higher.
