Incredibly inefficient. Neighbour next door’s hot water tank bursted and flooded the whole carpeted common area (that has no access to airflow) and it took well over 6 months to get them to actually respond to the issue. There was mould growing in the carpet for months before they decided to go ahead with an inefficient 5 minute steam clean.
