Timothy sara is the licensee in charge. He claims he is problem solver and trouble shooter. But he does nothing. Timothy sara and his so called team never answers emails,phone calls or any correspondence. Stay away from oconnor strata. They are only obsessed over greedy committee members. They yesy people to unreasonable committee members. Fair trading are watching them like a fine tooth comb
Avoid these people at all costs-they are the most incompetent, unprofessional lot I’ve ever encountered and their parent company StrataChoice not any better. Unresponsive, unhelpful and a total failure in strata management (or lack of) but still put their handout for their fees. I didn’t want to give any stars but couldn’t give a review without at least 1 star-unfortunately no option for minus which is all they deserve. Terrible service from O’Connors Strata. Completely unprofessional, no communication, and zero care for residents. Worst service I’ve ever dealt with.
Slow on common area maintenance requests. Nearly no or extremely slow follow-up. Everyone can try to call their number to see how many times your call will be picked up; and even if surprisingly your call is answered, test how many times you can get through to the Strata manager. And also check if the Strata manager can give you any useful information other than nonsense. If you ever consider this agent, simply test the above by yourself.
Quite possibly the worst strata board i have ever had the displeasure of working with. If there were an option to nominate zero stars, id have opted for that. The staff has undergone numerous changes over the course of just one year, suggesting discourse and as a result, there is a considerable lack of continuity of information.
