While vacationing in the UP, I brought my 2024 Ram 1500 in for an oil change. Upon returning to Ohio, I noticed oil on my garage floor. I contacted my local Dodge dealership and they found that my oil filter was improperly installed and leaking oil. My local dealership corrected the issue and topped off my oil at no charge.
My wife had an unfortunate experience when someone ran into our truck while she was parked in a store parking lot and inside. We Contacted O’Connors to have the damage repaired and we are so glad we did. They did a fantastic job repairing our truck and when we picked it up we were amazed at the details they paid attention to. We would definitely recommend O’Connors for all your vehicle repairs.
They were helpful and gave me a fair value on my trade in.
